Fall Ball Registration

Hello Everyone,

If you would like to join us for Fall Ball you will will need to complete registration in one of these two ways. 
  1. If you registered for our canceled Spring 2020 Season and would like to roll that registration over to fall, PLEASE FILL OUT THIS FORM. This form will help us transfer your Spring 2020 Registration into the fall and you will not need to pay again. 
  2. If you are new to Freelake softball or otherwise did not register for the Spring 2020 Season you must log on to our site and complete a new registration. You can find our programs HERE.
Deadline for registration is August 2nd so we can form teams, practice, and have uniforms ready for games that should start the week after Labor Day. Please Register ASAP. 

If you registered for the canceled Spring 2020 Season but do not want to play Fall Ball then complete this form to indicate what you would like to do with your spring registration fees. Can elect to donate your spring fees to help support and improve our league, or to receive a refund. Refunds will be sent as a check by mail, be sent to address in our online system, and may take a few weeks to process.If you do not fill out the form we will assume that you wish to donate your fees to the league.
